Google makes Gemini 4 Argon available globally, with introductory API pricing of $2 / $10 per million tokens
Google said on October 13 that Gemini 4 Argon is now available worldwide for developers and enterprises through the Gemini API, for Google AI Ultra subscribers in Google Antigravity, and for Ultra and Pro subscribers in the Gemini app and AI Mode in Search. The model is positioned for long, multi-step work in coding, finance, legal, cybersecurity and science, with a 1 million token unified input-output limit on the API. Introductory pricing is $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens (95% off for cached input) through November 30, 2026, then $4 / $20.
What it means for manufacturers and fabricators
A frontier model you can actually call from your stack, at a temporary half-price intro rate, is useful for the hard office jobs that still need a strong model: long RFQ packages, drawing-heavy emails, and multi-step quoting or scheduling agents.
